Vantage is a business name (DBA) of Ash Jones Enterprises LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, message us through the chat widget, or request a quote, and how we use it.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, address details such as street, city, state and ZIP code, the photo of your project, what you describe wanting, and your budget range. If you message us through the chat widget, we also collect what you send there, such as your name, phone number, email address and message.
How we use it
We use your details to create and deliver the quote you asked for and to follow up with you about it. If you agree to text messages, we use your phone number to send your quote and follow-up messages about it. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
SMS and phone
You can opt in to text messages from Vantage in three places on this site: the optional text message checkbox on the demo request form at govantagelead.com/demo, the optional checkboxes in the chat widget (one for transactional messages, such as your quote link, replies to your questions and appointment updates, and one for marketing messages, such as offers and follow-ups; you can agree to either, both or neither), and the text message checkbox when you book a walkthrough at govantagelead.com/get-started. Each one names the messages you will get.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the site, store your photo, and send email and text messages on our behalf. They may only use your details to provide those services to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses a small amount of browser storage, such as cookies and local storage, so it works properly. On most pages, the chat widget provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel) loads in your browser and may set cookies or use local storage to keep your conversation going and to recognize you if you return. Our hosting provider records basic visit information, such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, device type and approximate location by country, so we can see how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not sell your information.
